Verity One Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Veritize™ platform and associated services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.
Information you provide directly:
• Identity information: name, email address, organization name
• Device information: TPM device identifiers when using Data Wallet™
• Verification data: documents, records, and attestations submitted for certification
• Transaction records: blockchain-anchored activity logs
• Communication data: correspondence with our team
Automatically collected:
• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
• Usage data: feature interactions, session duration, error reports
• Provide, operate, and maintain the Veritize™ platform
• Process verification and certification requests
• Anchor records to blockchain networks as requested
• Communicate with you about your account and services
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect the security and integrity of our platform
Data anchored to blockchain networks becomes part of a permanent, immutable public record. We cannot delete or modify blockchain-anchored records once confirmed.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share with:
• Technology partners required to deliver our services
• Legal authorities when required by law
• Auditors and compliance reviewers with your authorization
We implement cryptographic controls, TPM device binding, and access controls. All data in transit is encrypted. Sensitive credentials use Shamir Secret Sharing and multi-signature controls.

By purchasing any product or subscription through the Veritize™ platform, the client explicitly accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and waives any conflicting terms of their own. Any derogation must be agreed to in advance and in writing by an authorized officer of Verity One Ltd.
All plans are billed monthly. Invoices are due upon issuance. Verity One Ltd. accepts payment via credit card, ACH, and approved cryptocurrency gateways. In the event of non-payment within 7 days of the due date, Verity One Ltd. reserves the right to suspend access to all platform services without prior notice. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to outstanding balances.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. No refunds are issued for partial months, blockchain certificate issuances, or custom setup work already completed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Verity One Ltd. provides AI Discovery compliance scanning, certification, and monitoring services as described in each product plan. Services are delivered on a best-efforts basis. Verity One Ltd. does not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or outcomes from third-party AI engines including but not limited to Google, Bing, ChatGPT, or Perplexity, as these are governed by policies outside our control.
Blockchain-anchored certificates issued through the Veritize™ platform are recorded on Polygon and are immutable once issued. Certificate data reflects the domain's compliance status at the time of issuance. Verity One Ltd. is not liable for changes in compliance status occurring after issuance.
All Veritize™ platform software, scoring methodology, AI Discovery Standard, certificate designs, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Verity One Ltd. and Made in USA Inc. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use platform outputs solely for their own business purposes.
Verity One Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Clients located in jurisdictions that apply withholding tax are solely responsible for remitting such amounts to their local tax authorities. All invoiced amounts are due to Verity One Ltd. in full, without deduction for local tax obligations.
Any claim against Verity One Ltd. must be submitted in writing to legal@verity.one within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Verity One Ltd. operates under the principle that TRUTH MATTERS®. We are committed to accurate, verifiable, and transparent service delivery. Submission of false information will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
